Welcome to Guessio. By downloading or using our application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and an individual developer operating under individual activity certificate No. 1358114 (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Guessio mobile application.

2. Eligibility

Guessio is intended for users who are at least 10 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission to play the game and subscribe to any paid features.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Guessio offers an optional monthly subscription for €4.99/month.

• Benefits: Unlocks additional puzzles and extended gameplay features.
• Billing: Subscriptions are handled through the Google Play Store (Android).
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Google Play Store.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, puzzles, and content within Guessio are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to bypass any security or subscription features.
• Submit offensive or inappropriate questions through the game logic.

6. Automated Logic System

Guessio uses an automated system to evaluate inputs. This system is designed for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy in puzzle responses, we do not guarantee that every logical deduction provided by the system is error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer provides the app "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
