3. Data Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties. Technical telemetry and crash reports may be processed by service providers (like Google Cloud) who comply with standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection levels equivalent to the GDPR.

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold (Note: As we don't use accounts, this requires your device ID).

5. Automated Decision-Making

Guessio uses automated logic to provide "Yes/No" answers to your questions within the context of a puzzle. This does not constitute "profiling" or have a "legal or similarly significant effect" on you as defined by Article 22 of the GDPR. It is a core mechanic of the entertainment service.

6. Retention Period

Technical data is deleted or fully anonymized after 90 days. Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device or in secured cloud storage for as long as the app is installed or until you request deletion.
